Ok Guys, who do you like for the Classic crown this year ? I pick Denny
Brauer to win it for the second time.

You would think that a guy like Russ Lane, who knows the lake really
well, ought to have an upper hand. I wouldn't be too confident in
Denny Brauer's chances since I doubt that many fish are going to be
within flipping range.

I counted seven of the fifty pro anglers who had Alabama as home
states. That's pretty significant. One of them, Aaron Martens was
originally from California, but now lives in Leeds AL which is near
Lays Lake. He hasn't one a Classic yet, but did finish second in
2002. He's my pick :-)
