I Bought 14 new Rods Yesterday.
 

Yep, went down to Harold's and bought 14 new fishing rods all at once.
Still the the plastic wrap I brought them proudly into the house and leaned
them up against my wife's recliner in the living room and didn't say a
word...

Neither did she...

Finally I broke and told her I got so mad after my last poor tournament
finish that I threw all my rods in the river and bought new ones.

Ok... she says.

LOL.

That was it. No arguement. No fuss. Just "Ok," and in a ncie tone too.
Finally I had to tell her the truth. That they were the give-a-way rods for
the rest of the seasobn for Yuma Pro Am tournaments.

Still, just ok... then she told me knowing my temper she was almost ready
to believe my first story. LOL
