RFI: Rappahannock in Spring
 

It's a long shot, but I figure why wait until the last minute to start
asking. Thanks to a few ongoing projects, it looks like I'll be
making a few trips to Quantico, VA in April, maybe an overnighter.
Seeing as how the Rappahannock is close by, I envision the possibility
that I might take an early leave of a boring meeting and wet a line
therein.

Supposin' I could, my first thought is the spring shad run. What's
the usual timing of that on the Rapp? Where are the best walk-in
locations for a quick trip?

If I'm closer to spring smallie activity, that's okay by me too.
