Left my kayak
flipped over in bullrushes overnight and yesterday as I went down to fish for a couple of hours flipped it upright and put in my gear. Slid one leg in as I shoved off and a 3 1/2 foot brown water snake tucked in rear of kayak decided not to join me for the trip !! needless to say both of us had a quick exit as I took a full Reid into the muddy bushes. Sort of reminded me of quick exit of our boys and girls NC basketball took from the big dance when their million dollar coaches failed to coach the last 12 minutes. Joe |

Joe you are a harsh judge of basketball, IJ. Good to see you made it back from your little adventure fairly intact..... Tom |

Joe I think I might have done more than a full Reid if I had been in your place. Tim Lysyk |

Joe Hmm.."Full Reid" seems like an appropriate phrase. The story sounds like a chapter right out of the Frank's next collection of tales. So did you get to fish? The Finn |

Joe the english language lacks the power to adequately describe how profoundly that incident would have ****ed me up. still, your analogy comes pretty damned close. yfitp wayno |
