Can I use magic for fishing???

When I cast a Level 10 Ice-Storm on the water, can
I freeze enough fish or do they have protection
against magic???

I don't know about an ice storm, but I personally know they have no
protection from magic. That's what I Use every time I go, but my magic
is just making lures come alive, and even dance in one spot. Fish have
no protection from this

Hmmm... I would go with a low level Lightning/Electrical attack instead.
That way you won't have to chip the fish out of the ice.
