Orvis TLS Power Matrix 864-4

Does anyone have experience with the Orvis TLS Power Matrix rod series?
My Silver Label 864-4 snapped, and Orvis is sending me a new TLS Power
Matrix 864-4 Mid Flex 7.0 as a replacement.

Thanks for any input!

Orvis TLS Power Matrix 864-4

Back in 2000 my wife and I went to Orvis fishing school. We used both
rods the instructors said the main difference is the finish on the
rods. They both casted the same to me.

I think that was the rod Stan and I fooled around with during "Orvis
Days" in Manchester. If so, it was a nice casting rod, AFAICT (not the
expert caster by any means.) The good thing about dealing with a
reputable company such as Orvis is that if you *don't* like it, they'll
give you credit toward another rod.
