Orvis TLS Power Matrix 864-4
Does anyone have experience with the Orvis TLS Power Matrix rod series? My Silver Label 864-4 snapped, and Orvis is sending me a new TLS Power Matrix 864-4 Mid Flex 7.0 as a replacement. Orvis TLS Power Matrix 864-4
Back in 2000 my wife and I went to Orvis fishing school. We used both rods the instructors said the main difference is the finish on the rods. They both casted the same to me. Thanks for any input! I think that was the rod Stan and I fooled around with during "Orvis Days" in Manchester. If so, it was a nice casting rod, AFAICT (not the expert caster by any means.) The good thing about dealing with a reputable company such as Orvis is that if you *don't* like it, they'll give you credit toward another rod. -- TL, Tim --------------------------- http://css.sbcma.com/timj/ |
