Deep Cycle Batteries
has anyone ever added acid to their trolling motor batteries? if so did
it help them charge better, and do I need to drain some the water out that is already there. My batteries don't hold charge as long as they should. matthew 4:19 follow me and I will make you fishers of men. |

Usually so there is just a little bit of air in each cell. if so did it help them charge better, Certainly if they are low filling them up properly would be better. and do I need to drain some the water out that is already there. NO. That is a water sulfuric acid solution. Draining them would reduce the acidity of the solution. That would be bad. Just add distilled water to bring them up to the right level.
