What the Heck is this fish
 

I caught this about 10 Am this morning
I was nailing little spotted bass on every cast, then this thing hit

Is it a Bull Bass ?

Neanderbass ?

I have never seen anything like it before

If there's a bunch of them perhaps some environmental
testing of the area may be in order?
