Help with a knot

I wonder if anyone is using any knot other than a Palomar to tie in the hook
on a dropshot rig ??

Thanks.

I use a Trilene knot and drop the tag end down through the eye of the hook.

NOPE. I tie the palomar so that I can pull the tag end and knot through the
eye, which allows the hook to "rest" on the knot. That helps hold it out
from the line.

I use an improved Clinch Knot - for some reason I have trouble with
the palomar and have always use the improved Clinch for all my knots.
