OT - Football in the snow
 

I love football in the snow. Watching the Green Bay - Seattle game
and wishing they would play a superbowl in an outdoor stadium up north
somewhere.
Right now, its snowing so hard, you can barely see whats going on.
Guys are slipping and sliding all over, fumbles, interceptions... to
hell with this surgically clean game in warm weather on artificial
fields.
Oh, yeh, did he step out of bounds? Who knows and who cares. Let 'em
play.

What an entertaining game, and the good guys won !! You're
right football *should* be played in the elements. All that
snow and mud and slipping and sliding almost made me feel
like suiting up and knocking heads. Almost. ;-)

I was happy to see the refs dressed as refs and not prison
guards and happy to see real turf being picked out of the
helmets.

Too many turnovers to call it a well-played game but it sure
was fun to watch. Unless you're from Seattle, I guess. ;-)
