First Love
Although I had been fly fishing several years, including in YNP, before I
first visited Silver Creek ... she is the first place I really fell in love with a stream, about 30 years ago. I'm surprised I don't have more, and better, photos of my first love ... but here is what I found http://www.kimshew.com/visuals/SilverCreek/ |

It was fun looking at photos of some very familiar spots. Here are my two favorite photos of Silver Creek: http://www.ruralnetwork.net/~troutbum/lc1.jpg http://www.ruralnetwork.net/~troutbum/sc.jpg The first one is actually Loving Creek, but I think it counts. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

That snow photo is spectacular. Thanks. That was in December. Silver Creek is a popular duck hunting spot. In the middle of the summer you'll see almost as many anglers in that pool as you see sitting ducks in the photo. :-) At least, it seems that way. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |
