I am in the midst of Datus Proper's book The Last Old Place
Which I believe someone on Roff referred me to.

It was written in 1992 and a LOT has happened to the world and our planet
since then
Can anyone with recent experience update me on this country?

Do some of the flyfishing oppryunites still exist?
Is it still a bit of a "backwater place"?

You may be able to buy some dope, but to be sure, better bring your
