light & dark cahill nymphs

I realize there are many species of cahills, but can anyone recommend
light and dark cahill nymph patterns for Western, PA? Would a size 14
work? I've tied many different flies but I've never tied them.

For mayfly nymphs I usually just use pheasant tails and hares ears,
mostly in sizes 12-14. I have been tying some of the hares ears in
diff colors and some people will actually use more technical patterns
for specific nymphs, but I usaully only do that once I move up to
emergers. I never felt that mayfly nymphs had to be as specific as the
various caddis ones. I do however like to use BWO nymphs when they're
around.

Here is the pattern I use for the Cahill Nymph (I guess that is what
you are calling Light. I'm not sure what a Dark Cahill Nymph is?):

Hook: Nymph #14-#16
Tail: Woodduck barbs
Abdomen: Cahill Hares Ear Dubbing
Wing Case: Wood Duck
Thorax: Cahill Hares Ear Dubbing
Legs: Wooduck Folded over from wing case
