Probably. I own two - a #10 and a #8, with the #10 being the 3rd Jim built in
that line - I can't even remember how long ago I bought it but it has to be
around 15 years. I use the #10 almost exclusively for salt water (stripers and
blues, mostly) and the #8 for sal****er schoolies and freshwater smallies.

I bought these verses the corresponding Abels or Aarons because the Ryalls
were *way* less expensive for the same intended purpose - at the time they
were bought, at least (I have no idea of the current prices of any of them
today). They're both still in perfect condition. I've always been pleased with
their function and form, have never had any problems with either of them.

So, if you're looking for is a recommendation, I give them both thumbs up...
