I didn't see the OP and while anything is possible, I'd doubt that this
is a legit post for a number of reasons. A primary one is that unless
Mr. Hoover is licensed in all places/states that Liberty Mutual does
business, spamming like this would be pointless, even if he didn't think
such solicitations were illegal.
