Right now Orvis has a new graphite fly rod called the "Streamline" for 2004
that comes in a 9' #5 line, 4 piece model for $98US.

You can add an Orvis "Clearwater" adjustable disc drag, rim control fly reel
made in England for $39US.

A Mastery "Headstart" flyline is about $35US.

That sounds like one hell of a good outfit.

"Bill Kiene" suggested a new Orvis graphite fly rod called the
"Streamline" for 2004 that comes in a 9' #5 line, 4 piece model for
$98US - Along with the "Clearwater" adjustable disc drag, rim control
fly reel and a "Headstart" flyline is about $35US.

Bill, sounds like a winner to me...Do you like the Headstart flyline
over the Orvis Wonderline?

How does this compare to the cortland classic trout rod and the cortland
precission 2? The 2 piece is a lot shorter and in 4/5 instead of 5.
