I just called BRF in West Yellowstone to order some materials.

The very first three lines of the conversation were,

"Blue Ribbon"

Me, "Do you guys carry teal wings."

Craig, "Larry you know we carry everything."

I must have a distinctive voice, or be so irritating as to be unforgettable,
or ..... ? Regardless, it's hard to not shop somewhere where you are
personally recognized, even over the frickin phone, several months after
your last visit there.

Larry L ( ... who bought tying crap he knows he really doesn't need ....
but what the heck, call it a personal stimulus bill, aimed at small
business, no less ;-)

Doubt it .... I commented on it and Craig told me he has a great memory for
voices and some other things, he then recited my truck license plate (
correctly ) as an example ....

Larry L ( who, over the last 7 summers, has seen Craig individually greet
dozens of people walking into his shop like they were long lost friends,
people that probably come in a few times a year at most .... I'm not unique
..... but I prefer to think so ;-)

My favorite Craig story---With my small purchase compleated, Craig and
I had an interesting conversation about Indian ruins in the
Yellowstone area. The couple behind with arms full of goods waited
until Cgaig said "-Well Joe have a good year , I'll see you next
year." Then he turned to Ted and Jane with a warm welcome.
