Dave having ever attempted to "weigh in" on such matters around here, most lawyers would probably prefer an attempt at convincing beancounter of the hope obama has brought to this country... but, that said...and it pains me to say this... forty is right. also the 14th amendment makes the principles of the federal bill of rights applicable to the states...plus, most state constitutions have similar provisions. jeff |
