In an off-roff email, Frank sends his thanks for the condolences. For
those who do not know what has happened, he asked me to pass along
some details. He will probably be offline for a bit dealing with this.

Here is the summary he sent me; I don't want to add anything that I
don't know as factual:

"She went in to they ER for abdominal pain. They admitted her to do
some tests (cat scan and the like). Some time during the night,
someone screwed up her pain meds and they over dosed her."

Her last editorial for the Bismarck Tribune is he reading this (and
the editors note at the very end) has my own heart broken for our

Frank and I spoke about an hour ago. As all of you might imagine he is
pretty shook up. He will be leaving for Bismarck in the morning.
