Lost fly rod
I know it was a stupid thing to do, but I set the rod down next to the car at
the South Fork Hoh river trailhead last Friday, and drove away without it. It's a sweet Loomis with a Ross reel. Anyone who has it or knows who has it, please contact me for a reward. $100 easy money for the finder. Thanks Chas remove fly fish to e mail directly |

I'm sure you're right, I've been calling the park service and the forest service. This time of year most of the traffic is hiking, the steelhead run is really thin in the summer. This past winter was tough for steelhead fishing. In the past I've averaged nearly 2 fish per winter day on the Hoh, this year I got 2 fish on for 11 days. If we could just decomercialize the steelhead like they did with bass, it would be grand. Chas remove fly fish to e mail directly |
