ok, before one of the rest of you all gets hurt:

When holding the scissors on thumb and forefinger while tying, perform the
following: Slip forefinger from scissors.
Allow point of scissors to rotate into the palm of the hand.
Reach for adult beverage of choice. Consume. Reinsert forefinger and resume
tying.

This should be practiced until it becomes a smooth unconscious motion. For a
live demonstration, any and all are welcome to come to Clave Central on any
evening this coming week from Wednesday thru Saturday, and I will be
displaying trained, professional form. Until I pass out, that is.

How do you get to Carnegie Hall? Practice, practice, practice.

Practice what you preach.

Pratice makes perfect.

Hm......

Practice this trick long enough and you WILL end up sucking on a pair
of scissors while jamming a beer glass up your nose.

giles
who never did have much use for aphorisms, proverbs, folk wisdom, etc.
