I'm not going to put any money on the race, I don't
feel like driving all the way across town just to
stand in a long line and waste $60, but here's how
I'd bet on the Preakness if I were going to bet.

1. Lookin' at Lucky
2. Paddy O'Prado

Super Saver just didn't have enough gas in the tank to come
back after only 14 days. But it was a fun race to watch.

The reckoning:

$20 on Lookin' at Lucky to win - $68
$20 on Paddy O'Prado to place - $0
$20 on Super Saver to show - $0

I'd have won about a six pack of Budweiser and a bag of
Beer Nuts on the Preakness. (In the unlikely event SWMBO
would let me get away with havin' a bag of Beer Nuts. ;-)

Your $20 on Lookin' at Lucky to place paid $46. So your $60
wager would have paid $112 or $52 worth of Budweiser and
Beer Nuts.
