I see by the headers that you're posting through Google Groups. I don't believe Google Groups filters SPAM. My newsserver does filter out most SPAM, I never see it. Get yourself a free newsreader, I use Thunderbird, and subscribe to a free newsserver, I use news.eternal-september.org. HTH -- Ken Fortenberry |

I'd also suggest looking at Forte Agent/FreeAgent as a newsreader. I cannot recommend one over the other, purely personal pref, but I can strongly recommend _against_ any form of "Outlook" - the infamous "Lookout" and "Lookout Distress" (Outlook Express). They aren't as bad as they once were, but they aren't as safe and unbloated as others. TC, R HTH |

It's easy to set up, user friendly, and I see no spam. Well, I did see a goofy thread about "Oskie, Oskie, Woof-woof" or some such a couple of weeks back, but nothing really bad.g Tom |
