The way it works is that you use your mouse or your trackpad (or your finger if you have a touch-sensitive screen) over the highlighted text (called a "link"), click on it (or just touch it if you have a touch- sensitive screen), and your browser goes to a page specified by a certain URL (uniform resource locator). That's the way things have worked for several years. |
