Advice? Cleaning up an old fly rod..
Got a relatively old Thomas and Thomas Firehole fly rod that's in need of a
good tune-up but not sure what's best. It got a few light scratches on the blank (1st generation graphite), the Nickel seat is a bit tarnished, and scratched and the cork handle is a bit discolored from use. Any and all advice would be appreciated. Mike |

However if you are not comfortable sanding the grip, Birkenstock sells a pretty good cork cleaner. |
