2004 CACA

***The tentative dates for the 2004 Carolina Anti-Clave Accretion
(CACA)are October 8 - 17 in or about Graham County, NC.**

These dates are subject to change if the delegate from great cheese
factory and the most tolerant woman in all the US of A, i.e.,Becky, and
her affluvium, or some other person of sufficient influence, decides a
modification is required. I'll let this linger for the next 10 days or
so just to see if any hubub develops.

However, because of the limited rentals in Graham County proper, and
since October is considered a "high" season period, those interested
ought to begin looking for space. Shared rent is the way to go. Anyone
who wants to camp will have no problems, as there are plenty of spots.
There is a minimalist cabin available for rent, though it may not be
available in October, above Santeetlah Creek (Swan Cabin I think it's
called). If anyone has questions, let me know. October is a great time
to go fishing in the Smokies... Spouses and SO's are most welcome to tag
along... but, there is absolutely no organization or planning in advance
of the gathering, and latin will not be spoken or tolerated...
