Fishing report / suggestions for Coeur d'Alene river?
 

I'll be visiting a friend in Spokane next week, and we plan to drive
over to the Coeur d'Alene river to fly fish and camp.

Anyone have any news on how the river's fishing, what bugs to expect,
good camp sites, or any other tips or advice?
