Driftless mini-Clave

Can we have a vague head count here on who's interested, who is sure
they'll attend, and who's only interested in specific days?

It'll be somewhere in between July 17 and July 22. The 17th is a
Saturday and the 22nd is a Thursday. I think y'all can figure out the
rest of the days that are in between there.

I think it was Kevin Vang who was a definite no go, as was George
Cleveland.

Anyone? Speak now, please. Keeping in mind that my news source seems
to be sucking fiercely for the past few hours.

I'm still hoping to attend. Not sure of which days yet, but the
weekend would certainly be included.

I'll arive MSP late afternoon on the 17th, and plan on fishing most of the
next 4 or 5 days.

Well actually it seems as if I miscalculated and that I *am* off the
weekend of the 17th. But if you all don't want me around, I'll find
something to do.

Well, I am a silly Cyli. I took your word for it. Glad the word has
changed. You're certainly welcome. Cool. Can you bring Jacci
along? And or kids and dog / s?

I particularly need to have a clue for the weekend. I'm might try for
a private campground right outside Forestville State Park, which will
save everyone from having to buy a State Parks sticker. Unless none
of you mind buying one? I've never been there, but it looks nice from
the road and it's on what my buddy Bil says is the best tributary to
the river down there (or looks to be.).

I might also try for a spot a couple of miles away that has
bunkhouses. A few dollars more expensive, but no need to set up tents
and under a roof with walls with a flush toilet down the hall. Kind
of suits me for a bit of a change. I'll go for the few more dollars
out of my pocket, if no one objects. Assuming that the place isn't
already reserved.

Down near Preston, MN. Near Forestville State Park and parts of the
Root River. Possibly right on Forestville Creek, a lovely piece of
water that I was (finally, after ages of doing other parts around
there) told is the best trout stream in the area.
