Can anyone tell me how to make one? I did a search but could not find
anything.

well, there must be a zillion ways to do so, and I will assume you want a dry
fly. Here is a start:
Hook--#16-18 standard dry fly
Thread--black or dark brown
Tail--dark dun hackle fibers
Body--darkish red/brown stripped
hackle quill
Hackle--dark dun, dyed over grizzley is
very good
you can add a wing out of a suitable dark
grey material(hen hackle tips, for example)
but the fish won't much care. A useful
alternative is:
Hook, Thread the Same
Tail--split grey fibers hackle or fibetts
Body--reddish brown fine fur
Wing--compara dun style deer hair,
dyed medium grey.
