Book sale
 

Local library had used book sale this morning and seems some fly tying
enthusiast died and left his manuals. Think I got third choice after
bookshops grabbed oldest books. I have
Ray Bergman"s TROUT 1952 [lots of colored fly pictures]
Poul Jorgensen's SALMON FLIES 1999[full color]
John van Vliet's THE ART OF FLY TYING 1994
Bound volumes of FLY TYER 1995 AND 1996
Mac Brown's CASTING ANGLES 1997 [in bad shape-much used]

I don't collect books or tie so if anyone has extra 5 wt reel {spare spool
nice] that I could use with my new Lommis 5wt rod contact me E-mail , maybe
we can trade.
By the way--have not seen mail from Big Dale lately but 1996 Fly Tyer has
article by William G. Tapply on blue gill bugs that have rubber tail but
are not as colorful as Dale's Psychedelic Spiders which will get their
second field test this afternoon.
