crayfish
 

I am happy to report that the lakes up north of Payson, Arizona, now (middle
of April, 2004) have crayfish that have started to search for food. In other
words, you can now go up to these lakes on the Mogollon Rim and expect to
catch some nice crustaceans for dinner if you have a good trap for it. If
