positive customer service experience
 

Just wanted to mention an experience with Merchant Marine, Inc who has some
battery chargers at BassProShops. They are in South Carolina. Had a little
problem with a unit after about a year,
and they took care of it quick and easy. I thought I would report on a
(fairly rare?) positive
customer service incident.
