A-10 was pretty nifty as well.

Did they give a 30mm gattling gun display?

For the ground displays, there's nothing as impressive as the C-5 Galaxy.
I'm impressed every time I see it.

I'm amazed that the damn things can get off the ground. I don't recall the
name of the former Soviets biggest cargo carrier, but they flew on into
Raleigh, NC to pick up something or other connected to IBM. Anyway, I was
in it's flight path to RDU and it looked as if it was sittin' still in
mid-air, as slow as it came in. Of course, it could have been movin' at the
speed of light ansd still looked to have been standin' still! I believe
that plane is actually larger than the C-5A (correct me if I am wrong?).

No they flew into Raleigh/Durham United (RDU) Airport which is actually in Raleigh
proper and Wake County.

It was probably a big drug run, but it was all hush, hush ya know.
