I was at the beach last year and some old guy was riding his seqway on the
beach. It wasn't the offroad type but it seemed to go pretty well. My
thoughs were how well a $5,000 toy would take the salt water.

In all seriousness, there are a few denizens here with bad knees. They
can't handle the walk to the water. This may help.
