Louis,
Alaska is very big with lots of choices for fishing (SE, South
central, western) and can range from renting a remote cabin to five
star lodges, this is personal choice. Most of my guests fly into
Anchorage, rent a car and take in the sights (beluga whales, Sheep,
goats, glaciers, etc.) along the 160 mile drive to the Kenai peninsula.
Or rent an RV and spend a few days in several different areas. Lots
more info. on my site.
