Sounds like shift work in a factory. Been there done that.

I worked shift work in a Monsanto textile mill in Alabama.
Seven straight days 8 to 4, two days off, seven straight
days 4 to 12, two days off, seven straight days midnight
to 8 and then a long weekend, three days off.

Talk about ****ing up circadian rythyms.
