If your going to shell out the dough for a St. Croix, might as well spend a
couple more and get a G-Loomis!! They don't really cost that much more...
It's noticeable in sensitivity! I like the croy's too, but if I had a
choice, G-Loomis all the way.... A 1 piece rod I would say is preferred,
but if space is a problem in your vehicle, the two piece works fine just as
the other posters have stated.

a two piece will be any less sensitive or effective. I travel alot and 2
pcs would be more convenient to deal with, but would not want to sacrifice
too much performance.
