I've owned. My go to reel was a centrificula brake Shimano Calcutta -- an
excellent tool. This reel takes it a step further. Both the drag and the a
the friction adjustment for the spool have fine click adjustments. The reel
is a smooth as silk, the drag is just as smooth.

I'm happy to spend 4 bills on this fine tool and look forward to exploiting
it's capabilities.
