The resident wisenheimers are giving you a hard time because just
a few threads up the list is a Trip Report (TR) from Sedona, AZ.
Look for the Subject: Semi-OT: Sedona TR (with pics).

I believe there are also some tailwaters that hold trout and there's
always warmwater fishing. We spent a week in Sedona one fall a few
years ago before riding down into the Grand Canyon on mules. I didn't
have a fly rod along but the best trout water I saw on the whole trip
was running right alongside Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand
Canyon.
