It depends totally on why you're fishing. Are you fishing for fun? Are you
fishing for profit? Are you looking for relaxation or are you fishing for
excitement?

I get a kick out of every fish that I catch, regardless of size or species.

Warren, not everyone that comes here has aspirations of being a pro angler,
some just want to have fun and catch bass. To say that a small bass doesn't
count demeans the fish and demeans the angler. Not everyone has your skill
level or dreams.


I agree - I took a couple fishing yesterday at Oconee and the woman
caught a 12 inch bass, her first fish ever. She got a real thrill even
tho it was not a keeper - 14 inch limit there.
