It was beautiful up there this week, albeit too cold at night to suit my dog.
The wild fish above Big Falls were cooperative and bugs were hatching. I even
saw fish rising to them, which is unusual for me in NC. Ran into Dave Cassens at
the Junction and he said some folks from FAOL were having a "fish-in" up there
next week, so you shouldn't be lonely even if you do get wet.
