Hello:

Will be a newbie at bass fishing.
But will be giving it a try this spring.

Questions:

a. Do Smallmouth like small baitfish such as smelt, etc. ?

b. Or, do they prefer "bugs," ?
If so, surface type or underwater nymphs, etc. ?

The same questions for Largemouths, please.
