Yeah, I used a rubber mallet each time and gave them a couple pretty good
thumps and I don't see how they could go on any better, they were seated
well. I think maybe the hubs are just a short hair larger or something.
They feel snug when put on, but then....... you know the rest.

Doug, you probably aren't putting them on right. Put it in place, put a
block of wook up against it, and rap it several times HARD with a rubber
mallet or hammer. They shouldn't be falling off like that if they're put
on correctly.
