Will you be a manager or a managing partner? The difference is huge
when it comes to liability. In either case you should make sure there
is plenty of insurance coverage.

Well after many discussions, I;m going to try something new.

A friend of mine manages a local resort restaurant up here. It has a small
pond/lake. The owner is turning it into a pay to fish bass spot. Here's the
deal offered. Large space/store that needs about $1,000 worth of sheet rock.
I fix it up, I get free rent for a year. I manage the pay-to-fish. He gets
the pay fees, and Price per pound, but also stocks the fish. I get rod
rentals, paddle boat rentals, bait and tackle, pictures/shirts etc etc. This
is not a change your whole life thing, more of a part time hobby, teach some
kids/adults to fish. Will not involve more that 1 weekend day per week and
nothing during the week. Just make sure the tackle and bait is available,
resort employees will manage during the week at no cost to me. Sounds like
fun huh? Idea's? Suggestions?
