Steve, I recently did a small tournament for an on-line community. What I
did was pick the body of water and then check all the local club tournament
schedules. I selected all other dates that were open and then posted a poll
on my website to let people select the dates that were best for them. It
was marked to "select all dates that would be open for you." Then we picked
the date that the most people were able to attend. We still had a couple
people who could not make it do to scheduling conflicts, but all of those
who really really wanted to be there were able to make it. Perhaps
something like that might be in order. You can't please everybody, but you
might be able to get the most of the people that way. Just a suggestion.

Well, it's like this. I work full time at the Rhinelander Fire Department. I started
OutdoorFrontiers Multi-Media LLC and am the host/producer for the nationally televised show, Steve
Huber's OutdoorFrontiersTV. I guide a fair amount of time. I try to write articles for
OutdoorFrontiers.com and edit those that people send to me. I try to maintain the website and build
custom rods. I had a huge backlog of rods and I'm down to two left to build. I'm going to be in
Africa on Safari in July, in Wyoming elk hunting in September, as well as whitetail and exotic
hunting.

It would be nice to have the luxury of giving options, but it's like this....

It's August 26 and 27 or not at all.
