I've had several similar experiences, and even though my intellect
would tell me it is dangerous, the fisherman in me just _can't_
walk away from an experience like it.

I've never had my flyrod buzzing a la bruiser, but I suppose I'd
wake up enough to leave if that happened. Otherwise, I say just
go for it.

I've heard that eclipses can offer similar adventures, but I've never
been able to plan ahead and test the theory...

[At least] Western Wyoming, eastern Idaho around St. Anthony:
August 2017. The track is supposed to be similar to the 1909
[I think] eclipse. Totality will be around 7 minutes. I haven't
decided on what water I will be on yet ...
