True. But cat fishing rocks. You have to use steel leaders because
cats will bite the line as soon as you set the hook. They put up one
hell of a fight. Almost as good as a seagull does. I had a large tom
on the line once that fought for almost an hour. Kept pulling out the
drag. I was quite a feat keeping the line from wrapping around the
assorted trees and such that was around. Yep. While dog fishing may be
cruel, cat fishing is great fun when you can't make it to the lake.
