And using the cane pole I stick by my theory that pound for pound
Bluegills are the toughest fighting freshwater fish out there
I had one when I was a kid, but all I ever caught on it was goldfish and a
few rainbow trout. Not much fight when you just lift them out of the water.
Oh, man. You are giving my the urge to go out and buy one of those cane
poles we used to sell in the hardware store for $3.99. Knowing what I know
now about fishing I imagine I could be quite deadly with one. Hmmmm.....
Oh, man those old cane poles were great. 3 or 4 sections and about a
zillion feet long. Came with a hook, and a little plastic spindle of
braided line and a float.
Oh, man. I bet I can give some people a bit of start. Out there with my
big expensive bass boat using a 4 dollar cane pole. Ok. I'm sold. Where
can I get one.
I'm thinking maybe a clear bubble float, and some 1/16th or maybe 1/32 size
jigs.
