Idaho, which also doesn't have an online license system. Idaho's fish and
game licensing system is totally screwed up.

yup, fished Coeur D' Alene this weekend- luckily i had a season license from
steelheading season- but Saturday the statewide computer system crashed and
they couldn't/wouldn't sell licenses to some in our party.

my son in law pulled a really nice largemouth out of Round Lake- using gear.
I tried a popper on his 8 wt and managed a couple of strikes from smaller
fish- but no takes.
