I have a 1994 Tracker TX and the bilge pump is located on the inside of
the
transom, on the floor and near the drain plug. It is probably an Atwood
(red, white, and blue). In that case, it should twist off of it's base.

You mean someone *other* than Atwood makes a bilge pump? lol
